The host was very kind. They provided coffee and fruit in the morning. When I mentioned wanting to eat mangosteen, they bought delicious mangosteen from the market. The facilities are good for the price.

- • The location is a bit inconvenient, but not far from tourist attractions, allowing you to explore Ubud easily.
Jero Griya Ubud is in a great location, and the property is so beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean, and the water pressure was great. The staff is very attentive and ensured that I was taken care of throughout my stay. They provided me with complementary coffee and fruit while I waited for my bus, and assisted in carrying my luggage. They have several rescue cats which was an added benefit. Overall, this is the best place I have stayed on my trip so far and I would recommend a visit!

Everything was so great. The room was spacious, pleasant, good water pressure, no bugs, and everyone was very kind and took good care of me.

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, close to everything. The best part of my stay was the amazing hospitality of the two hosts who treated me like family, offering me drinks and breakfast recommendations, always with a smile and open hands for any question or request. They also rent motorcycles at a really good price compared to other places in the area, and on the day I left, they even agreed to let me use the motorcycle to go to a café for breakfast before heading to my next destination, even though I had already returned it. In short, 10/10 place, both the room itself, cleanliness, location, and most importantly, the amazing service and hospitality of the two hosts. Highly recommended for everyone, the best place I stayed at during my trip to Indonesia and I stayed in many. I will only return there when I come back to Ubud.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very welcoming and helped us find a driver for our tours. In the room, you can find great tips on how to spend your time in Ubud, and she is available to help you with anything you need. She is also a great cook (Agus too)! Thank you for everything ❤️

Love at first sight in Ubud.
Ayu and Bagus are incredibly kind and attentive to make our stay perfect. The place is quiet and surrounded by nature while being a 10-minute walk from the center of Ubud. Living in a Balinese house is a beautiful experience that we recommend. The bedding is very good. The rooms are extremely clean. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. We will come back again and again to this place where we feel at home.

I was amazed by the beautiful view from my window and the size of the room. I stayed in the Deluxe Apartment, and it was incredibly spacious, with everything I needed for a perfect holiday. There was Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, and YouTube, making my stay even more comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the balcony itself was large and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely love to come back again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! 🌿
