Location was great. Got a fellucah direct to the door, then explored the labyrinthine little alleyways of the island. Great day. Simple pretty basic lodgings, but was what we expected and we enjoyed it very much.

- • The common areas were a pigsty. You can't rent a room surrounded by filth

Local home stay, quiet, relaxing,
Very quiet, peaceful location, 10 minutes from ferry, beautiful sunset. Local family who are exceptionally kind. Highly recommend to stay on Elephantine, 10 pound ferry crossing

nice stay
great location close to boats. Manager picked me up late to bring me to the property very nice of him. Great breakfast all staff was accommodating

Few demands but nice
The structure is located on an islet (Elephantine island) which is very pretty and characteristic. The staff is kind even though it's not very easy to communicate with them. The house is very spartan but characteristic. Air conditioning works too well 😁
