- • It would have helped to have a full set of entry instructions in one message as I never found the email confirming our room number and the instruction to put the hash was in a different message to the entry code but you were very patient and helpful when we contacted you. A city map would also have been very useful - just a photocopy page for the main streets.

Comfortable, very clean and convenient
The property was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Well located close to the bus stop for a short and regular service to the centre of York. A dedicated parking space was a plus.
