Nice guesthouse in a good location.
The location is very good - close to the train station. We felt safe. The guesthouse is on the 7th floor - there was an elevator. The room was modest but had everything we needed (room with a bathroom). A big plus - a water dispenser in the hallway - the possibility to drink cold sparkling water after the journey - priceless. Good contact with the owner. The owner only speaks Italian, but we could communicate through gestures. The room had air conditioning - great on hot days.

- • The air conditioning was directly facing the bed, it was hard to adjust not to catch a cold - but that's a small minus.

Great stay in Pisa
Everything was excellent! The host was very welcoming and gave us the room even though we arrived much earlier than the check-in time. We had a balcony with a great view for a sunset and a view of the leaning tower from afar.

- • The street near the train station can be a bit noisy, but it is really okay honestly! We weren’t too bothered by it!

- • Not entirely clean on the floor. Still dusty in some places. The blackout was broken, so it was very bright in the room in the morning.

The staff is very friendly even though he doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate through translation. The bathroom of room number 2 is private but located in the corridor. Overall, clean and centrally located.

Great location, great host, value for money
Nice and easy to find, brilliant location next door to the station and not far from everything we wanted! The host was fantastic, my Italian is not the best but he managed to communicate everything perfectly to me and made it very easy, lovely man.

- • The walls were a bit thin so when somebody checked in late one night, it became rather loud but not a huge issue
