A good option in the wonderful Fez, the cultural capital of Morocco.
Alami's kindness offers a warm welcome, arranges transportation to and from the airport, provides a very rich breakfast, and gives information about the medina. It is very well located, just a few meters from Bab Bouloud gate, spacious rooms with clean white towels and sheets.

Great and worth repeating, top location.
It is a top location in the medina, near the blue gate, truly perfect. Alami is an incredibly nice, friendly man who also helped us with questions and is ready to arrange things. We enjoyed it and would go back here again!

- • Rooms are not renovated, and bathrooms are not cleaned during the entire stay (in my case, one week).

- • There's an egg for breakfast on the first 2 mornings. When I asked for both a cup of coffee and a cup of tea on the second morning, there was no egg on the third morning.

We stayed at the riad from Tuesday to Saturday, and the experience was excellent. Alime treated us exceptionally well at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has double windows; at night, you can hear a bit more of the medina, but once they are closed, there is no problem. The bathroom is small compared to what we are used to, but this is completely normal as the riad is located in the old part inside the medina. The location of the riad is perfect for getting around Fez. Breakfast was delicious and very complete; we always ended up feeling full. Alime helped us with everything we needed, welcomed us with tea on arrival, and when we had very early tours, she prepared water with fruit for us. We felt at home during the whole stay. We highly recommend it. If we return to Fez, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location.
We spent 4 nights here. The breakfast was very good, although they forgot to prepare it on the last day, but they solved it immediately. Great location. Luggage storage available on arrival and departure.

- • The cleanliness of the room, I had to take antihistamines every night, the carpets present I don't think have ever been washed. Smell of mold every time you entered the room. Small bathroom and completely to be renovated, without a window, with the shower head leaking and hot water only working by opening both the shower and the sink.
Nice riad inside the Medina.
Very nice riad in a great location inside the Medina... everything ok. Breakfast was also good, and the staff did everything possible to make me comfortable.

- • Very uncomfortable stairs, problems with the shower as the water poured all over the bathroom, and you had to stand at the sink in the water.
