Immacutely clean, good air conditioning, appreciate the kettle with tea/coffee in the room, and could also use the shared kitchen facilities. Bathroom design is an open shower in the room, which is common in some Asian countries, but is a bit odd to some foreigners - didn't really detract from the experience of the stay, just something to adapt to. Bottled water provided. Easy communication with host over WhatsApp for check-in, etc. I think we may have been the only guests during our stay, so can't comment on noise from other rooms. In a quiet part of town, which worked for us with a car. Probably less suitable if you don't have a car to get around. Supermarket within walking distance.

A clean, comfortable, and perfectly located stay that made exploring Ipoh easy and enjoyable
Excellent guesthouse, perfect for singles and couples planning a 2–3 night stay in Ipoh, especially if coming from KL to explore the city. Parking is available, and the location is very convenient—most places are just a 10–15 minute drive away. You can also take a Grab to the downtown area for around RM 5-10. The owner was very kind and welcoming. What really stood out was the cleanliness—everything was neat, well-maintained, and top-notch throughout the stay.
