Very warm staff member who takes care of everything! Owner Mostafa is also super sweet, we did a private city tour with him, which was super exciting and worthwhile!! Mega beautiful terrace. Location is perfect to explore the Medina. (Initially found the smell a bit noticeable, but we learned that it's the cedar wood because the materials in Fes are all restored and repaired for centuries instead of being made new. So the smell comes from the beautiful doors that are over 300 years old.)

Nice place in the heart of the old Medina
The Riyad is magnificent, well-maintained and carefully decorated. We were very well received with our two children. The room was clean and comfortable. A big thank you especially to Hana for her kindness and advice.

Fantastic accommodation in the center of Fez
Exceptional accommodation with a delicious breakfast and a great location. We enjoyed our time at Dar Kenz Fez and it was very easy to communicate with Hanna. I would recommend this to every traveler to Fez.
