Cost efficient comparing to the other riads I stayed at. Very quiet location, hidden in the alleys, so there is no street noise. Surprisingly, the best breakfast of all my other riads. Hana is a very pleasant and welcoming host and does her best. Overall, it's okay, but there is quite a lot of room for improvement.

- • It is not easy to find it at all, I'd suggest providing guidance for guests. They confused my arrival time by mixing up AM and PM, so I ended up standing in the alley waiting for someone to open the door. My room was rather dark, not at all as in the pictures. Overall the property feels gloomy and a bit neglected. The air inside is very stuffy and poorly ventilated, especially in the courtyard, and the rooms can smell of the kitchen as there are no outside windows.
Riad, near the blue gate. All clean and a quiet place, with a good breakfast. Hana, very friendly and attentive at all times.

Typically Moroccan location, very well received by the staff who were very caring. Hearty and very tasty local traditional meal. Really recommend a favorite.

Very warm employee who takes care of everything! Owner Mostafa is also super sweet, we did a private city tour with him, which was super exciting and worthwhile!! Mega beautiful terrace. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina. (Initially found the smell a bit noticeable, but we learned that it is the cedarwood, because the materials in Fes are all restored and repaired for centuries instead of being made new. The smell comes from the beautiful doors that are over 300 years old.)

Beautiful place in the heart of the old Medina.
The Riad is magnificent, well maintained and decorated with care. We were very well received with our two children. The room was clean and comfortable. A big thank you especially to Hana for her kindness and advice.
