- • They didn't make the bed or clean the room in the four nights we stayed. I had to ask for toilet paper because it ran out and mention that no one had cleaned the room in two days, two more days passed and no one cleaned it or emptied the trash cans. The room was on a fourth floor without an elevator. No one on the staff speaks Spanish.
