Best (Korean!) breakfast ever. Also, best co-guests ever. Very friendly and helpful hosts. All in all, best guesthouse ever. It was my second time staying here and it felt like coming home.

This is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the real atmosphere of Seoul, you will have breakfast with the owners and guests at the same table. Meet interesting people and have a great time with them. At the same time, you will have enough personal space, a separate kitchen for guests, as well as a relaxation area and access to Netflix. The hosts are very hospitable and kind, the hostess cooks amazingly, take a cooking class, you won't regret it. The location is very cool, very green, no car noise, only birds, and a pleasant 40-minute walk to the Museum of Modern Art. Buses and subways in Seoul are very easy to use, you will be comfortable and not afraid to get home. Will definitely go back there again

Easily accessible, quiet, family-friendly!
We made a very good choice with The Kims Guesthouse. It is located in a pretty district near historical sights, in a small, quiet alley. Restaurants, 7-Eleven, CU, and other shopping options are nearby; also, entry points for short and long hiking trails can be found there. Stops of several bus lines are within walking distance. Note: There is a bit of an uphill walk to the guesthouse. The Kims Guesthouse is a very nice accommodation with a warm, family atmosphere. The photos exactly match what we found. Our room was not particularly large, but there are nice seating areas in the house. Everything was spotless. Shoes are taken off at the entrance. Communication was in English. We received many helpful tips. Breakfast was self-prepared, good and varied - with Korean specialties. A water dispenser is available. We wholeheartedly recommend The Kims Guesthouse!

Jongno-gu district in Seoul with charming Korean streets with sympathetic buildings, surrounded by greenery, and at one of them, the desired The Kims, our base and a place we returned to with joy as to our own home. All thanks to exceptional hosts. Delicious, beautifully served Korean breakfast and conversations with them at the common table, their warmth, willingness to help, recommendations for city tours (an unforgettable trip along the city walls of Seoul, the entrance to which is close to the house) will forever make Seoul, Koreans steal our hearts.
