Great apartments for the price.
A clean room with plenty of towels, a small fridge and a spacious wardrobe. There was even an iron and an ironing board. The room also had air conditioning. It’s a fifteen-minute walk from the airport. A very friendly man at reception and a lovely owner who is always available if you need anything.

Suitable for 1 night
Good for tourists who come for 1 day, not more. The staff was nice, we appreciated that the lady spoke French well and carried our suitcase as we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator. But she lied to us about the time it takes to walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

- • - The information on the website is incorrect regarding the proximity of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It is indicated that it is a 10-minute walk, while in reality, Google Maps shows about 45 minutes of walking, so we took the car as it was very hot and had to pay 14 euros for 4.5 hours of parking on site. - The building is poorly maintained. The rooftop terrace would benefit from some maintenance: a few plants, clean sun loungers, and more modern furniture would make the place much more pleasant. - The establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The stairs are very steep and in poor condition. Moreover, there is a step in front of the bathroom that is particularly dangerous. - The air conditioning was leaking. A puddle of water formed on the floor and a member of my family almost slipped and fell because of it. - In case of problems during the stay, no staff member is available on-site to help you. - The building could be more welcoming from the outside, the entrance is not noticeable at all, and there is a lack of parking spaces for guests. In conclusion, I do not recommend this establishment if you are coming to Pisa to spend several days. It may be suitable for only one night, and even then, it is very basic.
I recommend it for a short trip: close to the airport, convenient, comfortable.

- • If it's problematic to make sockets near the bed, you can at least add an extension cord. Not very close for visiting the Pisan ensemble: either a 45-minute walk or 2 buses. If you have large suitcases, be prepared to climb stairs.
