A wonderful accommodation, but the construction noise was very annoying!
The accommodation is good, it has everything you need! Unfortunately, there is a huge construction site next door where work and hammering are done from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm! Rest or relaxation was out of the question! This naturally plays a big role in the evaluation!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely stay at Pancer House in Ubud. This is a beautiful family-run place, and honestly, the family

Staff and family, always helping guests. Away from noisy traffic but very close to everything. Very kind and welcoming guests all the time. Vivi helped me with a heavy suitcase. Clean and very quiet location. Close to local warungs (small eating places) and Coco Supermarket.

Exceptional welcome
We spent 4 nights in this splendid typical Balinese house, staying in two rooms because we are a family of 4. Both rooms are very nice and clean. The one upstairs is better because it has a beautiful terrace and a refrigerator. It is not a luxurious accommodation, but that's what makes it special: here we found warmth, authenticity, and truly extraordinary hospitality. The strength is undoubtedly the kindness and availability of all the staff. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home right away. On my daughter's birthday, I had asked if it was possible to prepare a small surprise for her upon our arrival and they were fantastic: they decorated the bed wonderfully and the entire staff welcomed us by singing the birthday song, complete with a slice of cake and a candle. A simple gesture, but one that moved us and that we will remember with great pleasure. We also took advantage of the airport transfer, organized directly by the property. A special thanks to Putu, our driver, who accompanied us: he was exceptional. Throughout our stay, he helped us discover the most beautiful places in the area, always with great kindness, availability, and attention. Heartfelt thanks to the whole family and staff for making our stay in Ubud so special!

Amazing UBUD Stay 🙏
The location is perfect for walking to many attractions and restaurants. The host family took very good care of us! Our room was cleaned every day, fresh water given every day. They made us feel very welcome in their family space. The food we ordered was fresh and very tasty! 🙏 Thank you so much Mr. Pancer and loving family. 🫶

- • There was construction going on next door. I would categorize it as mildly disruptive... they didn't start early enough to wake me and it wasn't particularly loud but hearing banging amongst the birdsong did dampen my experience slightly.
Peaceful and friendly homestay
The family here is just so lovely and welcoming! It is a true family home and they make you feel like a part of the family. The breakfast is lovely. The room was cleaned daily and always felt very clean. It was very quiet and peaceful and away from the noise of the main road.

Great place, good WiFi, nice staff
Really good quality for the price. Good WiFi: I could have some calls on Microsoft Teams without issue. Very nice staff, they even invited me to a ceremony happening in the neighborhood, and they helped me book a transfer to Gili T. Strongly recommend.

- • The room felt a bit humid when I arrived. But it disappeared as soon as the A/C was turned on, so it was fine.
