Very good location, very friendly host!
-The host is more than recommendable, very accommodating in terms of schedules, proactive, reactive. -Very well located location -Quality price ratio suitable considering the location and accommodation offered, in comparison to the rest around -Cleanliness rather present -Quiet in this neighborhood, seems rather safe as a place -Free water dispenser in the shared kitchen with coffee for 40 cents -Still remains a private room, to see if it is well isolated during summer periods

- • -Sewer backup in the bathroom which is very disturbing, fortunately it is possible to close the doors, but well -Lack of welcome gift like bottle(s) of water (even if a water dispenser is present) -Could have a more comfortable bed, but it does the job for a few nights

Easy self check in. Good communication. Super clean. Close to main area, easy flat walk. But quiet street. Great shared kitchen space and pleasant outdoor terrace. Lots of good value places to eat very nearby. Short walk to lovely 4 euro return ferry ride to great beach. Cathedral worth a visit.

- • The house is a period house so the style of the rooms is a bit dated. And the church Bells :) Not a major issue though

Everything great. Gladly again.
We stayed for one night in the accommodation. The train station is very easy to reach on foot. Everything worked well, it was clean and everything needed was there. Gladly again ;-)

Old building charm on the edge of the old town
Friendly and uncomplicated check-in, the room & kitchen are friendly and well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Also nice to have the option to use the terrace.

- • The charm of the old building has the disadvantage that all noises & conversations of other guests in the hallway and kitchen are clearly audible. More disturbing for the night were the driving noises on the cobblestones and the very loud church bells, which can be heard regularly from 7 am to 10 pm.
Host very punctual, easy communication, kind, gave us many indications about the city. Cozy and clean structure, in an excellent position for short stays.
