Beautiful view of the city center
The room was super nice and spacious. The view of the city was fantastic. The house is not directly in the center, but it is reachable in 5-10 minutes on foot. For us, this was optimal as we preferred to be a bit outside. Since we got soaked once coming back from the city, we even used the sauna. :) The staff member was really nice and accommodating. Would love to come back!

- • Air conditioning was defective or could not be turned on. Luckily, it wasn't too hot, but the air conditioning was a deciding factor when booking. Photos of the room unfortunately deceive about the true size and ceiling height.
Beautiful clean environment, fully equipped apartment, close to the center and parking right at the apartment. Rich breakfast.

Excellent Location & Delightful Staff
Perfectly located. Close to all the sights but away from the touristy epicenter. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, the breakfast was delicious and they were so kind to provide Dairy & Gluten-Free options.

- • We were on the top floor so the ceilings were very sloped in areas of the room with a step up/down floor making it difficult to navigate at night. Also, it's important to note that there are lots of stairs to get to and from the town center.

- • Not very bright apartment, sad and outdated decoration, the kitchen is a corridor through which you access the bedroom via two steps of unequal height. The temperature of the bathroom (very dark) is very high all day for no apparent reason and you have to leave the door open constantly if you want to cool it down. In periods of high heat, it must be very unpleasant especially since there is no air conditioning. The garden is tiny and unattractive as it adjoins the poorly arranged and small parking lot (3 vehicles). Check-in via lock-box but check-out is purely commercial (payment of the tourist tax). In conclusion: a very mixed stay.
A fine pension but next time I would choose a different room.

We were in the attic in room 5 and it was spacious and fine with good sanitary facilities but with obstacles in the room due to uneven floors/obstacles. There is no elevator. Parking was fine at the accommodation. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Even contacted in advance about the arrival time and parking instructions with photos!

Perfect accommodation in the dreamy beautiful Cesky Krumlov
Great location very close to the old town, in about 5-7 minutes you are already in the middle of the action. Very spacious, great to have a small sauna integrated in the bathroom. Parking also available, which is rather rare in the city.

- • Everything was perfect - only one thing was missing, even though there was space for it: a coat rack or a row of hooks for jackets/coats 😉.
