The room booked through the website did not match the photos. We were accommodated in an attic, a 'suite', the bathroom filled with dirty water while bathing. Fortunately, we were immediately moved to another room.

- • According to the information on Booking.com, check-in is available until 11:00 pm. However, it was quite difficult to agree with the hotel representative to wait until 8:30 pm, even though there is a restaurant located under the hotel where the key could have been left. The check-in process would be much easier if the hotel installed a key lock box or offered an alternative self check‑in solution.

Much more work needs to be done on the quality of service, especially in respecting guests' requests.
The staff is very unprofessional, does not meet guests' demands. There is no one to welcome you if you arrive later in the evening or in the morning, even if you paid for an extra day and did not sleep that night, but arrived the next day. Only the cleaning lady was kind, as she was the only one we saw. No one came to accommodate us and ask how we were or if we needed anything.

- • Unfriendly person in charge of guest communication. Guests are conditioned to check in only at a certain time, even if they arrive in the early morning hours of the next day for which the night has already been paid and they have not been able to use it. The bed linen and towels are not changed regularly, there are no slippers in the bathroom, there is a flood every time you shower. The room should be cleaned every day.
