- • Very poor quality of the mattress and pillow. There was mold in the bathroom box. Shower had low water flow
For those who need to stay while waiting for a flight at Galeão. Basic accommodations for the price charged.

The bed was comfortable, the room size was great, location was good. The staff was very helpful.

- • The bathroom wasn't good at all. Sink was tiny, it smelled moldy and the shower pressure was so low there wasn't enough water to wash my hair. I could very barely wash my body. The place isn't accessible, the stairs into the hotel are a killer and without help from the staff I'd never had managed to bring my luggage upstairs. Ilha has very limited options for hotels, and it wasn't terrible. The place was clean enough and silent enough, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The attention and promptness of the receptionist who did everything possible to allow us to check in early, as we arrived earlier than expected. Great location close to the airport.
