Once our disappointment regarding the room passed, we had a very good stay.
Availability of Abdu and Hassan, who took great care of us, always smiling, and who helped us with renting a car and arranging the return taxi. The air conditioning and fridge in the room. The beautiful terrace and breakfasts (although it gets very hot there in the late afternoon and evening). The location is ideal, just steps away from the lovely Ferblantiers square and less than a 10-minute walk from many monuments and sites.

- • Big gap between the description on the website and reality (booked a '1-bedroom apartment for 2 people,' but it was just a room + bathroom and fridge, with 4 beds taking up the whole room, without any seating or table, not even a bedside table). Since we didn't plan on cooking or living there, just sleeping, and considering the price paid, we decided to make do. But if this is a prerequisite for you, I recommend contacting the establishment to clarify what is included in your reservation. The pool is in another annex building (which also has apartments), it's a small pool in a windowless room, without changing rooms or hooks to hang your things, so you have to cross 2 crowded streets in your wet swimsuit after leaving the pool... which we didn't do. 'Pool view': indeed, from our 50cm wide balcony, we had a view of the building housing the pool, 2 streets away. Room equipment: extremely basic and without any decoration, besides the fridge and air conditioning, didn't see a mosquito net (but also didn't see any mosquitoes!) or a clothesline as specified in the description. Only one small trash can in the bathroom (for 10 days...) but they gave us extra bags when requested. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. We were offered to use the service clothesline on the terrace for our small underwear washes (remember to bring clothespins...). Don't hesitate to ask Hassan and Abdu for anything, they will always find a solution for you.
Incomparable
Everything in general, excellent cleanliness, comfort, attention, you have absolutely everything. It is close to Mellal square, the Jewish quarter, and only a 3-minute walk to Jma El Fna square. In front of the hotel, there is a store that offers everything, and a municipal market, the breakfasts at the hotel are excellent and homemade, freshly made, very abundant, and the service is excellent. The receptionists are wonderful, attentive, and take care of the guests as if they were family, Hassan is wonderful, a very attentive guy, very helpful, he helps you with absolutely everything, he is the perfect receptionist, if he finds out that something is wrong, he does everything tirelessly to help you. I recommend this accommodation 100%, I come to Marrakech repeatedly and always choose this accommodation, I have known other accommodations in Marrakech and none like this one, this one wins in cleanliness and comfort over everything in Marrakech
