Dans l'ensemble, un séjour bien situé avec de bonnes commodités, mais quelques problèmes de confort.
L'emplacement était bon, nous avons apprécié le petit-déjeuner, et l'appartement était spacieux. Ils ont également organisé un transfert depuis l'aéroport pour nous à un bon prix, ce qui était très pratique.

- • La pression de la douche était assez faible et l'eau était seulement tiède. Nous avions réservé un lit double, mais c'étaient en fait deux lits simples poussés ensemble, ce qui créait un espace inconfortable au milieu. La literie n'était pas idéale non plus, car seule une couverture était fournie, donc nous avons dû utiliser une couverture pour rester au chaud. Je recommanderais également de réserver les activités séparément, car on peut souvent les trouver pour presque la moitié du prix à l'extérieur de l'hébergement.

Fatima est la meilleure hôtesse. Extrêmement amicale, serviable et accueillante. Vous vous sentez vraiment le bienvenu ici. Super chambres. Super petit-déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié la compagnie des autres invités au petit-déjeuner. Nous avons réservé à nouveau pour quelques nuits plus tard car nous nous sentions tellement à l'aise ici. Courte promenade jusqu'à la mer pour surfer ou admirer le coucher de soleil. Ou vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Taghazout qui est un charmant village de surf à quelques kilomètres. Promenade facile.

- • Il n'y a rien que je n'ai pas aimé. Le personnel rend tout parfait.
J'ai adoré Hola Surf. Tout était si confortable et bien organisé. La nourriture était incroyable et le personnel était si chaleureux, amical et serviable. J'ai adoré séjourner ici.

Particulièrement remarquable est la gentillesse du personnel. Tous étaient très serviables et courtois, chaque demande était immédiatement prise en compte. La terrasse sur le toit est assez agréable. Les chambres elles-mêmes étaient propres et les lits étaient faits tous les jours avec changement de serviettes si nécessaire. Nous ne reviendrions pas en raison de la situation de la cuisine décrite, mais la gentillesse du personnel était vraiment excellente.

- • Ce qui ne nous convenait pas du tout, c'était la cuisine. Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes, donc aussi 5 lits, mais seulement 4 assiettes et encore moins de couverts. Il y avait donc trop peu de vaisselle et en plus elle était parfois sale. Les armoires de cuisine étaient également sales. Les couverts étaient en vrac dans un tiroir sale. C'était vraiment dégoûtant. Après avoir lavé la vaisselle, nous avions une grande flaque d'eau devant l'évier et en ouvrant le placard, une forte odeur émanait de l'armoire mouillée et gonflée.

Very nice hosts, amazing breakfast!!!
Delicious, rich breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. Meals served on a terrace with an ocean view. Location OK, close to the ocean, restaurants, shops. Very good value for money.

We had a wonderful time as a family (2 adults + 2 children) at Hola Surf Morocco and we can honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere and great service. From the first day, we felt very comfortable - there is a truly family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful, warm, and always smiling. The breakfasts were very tasty, fresh, and filling - a perfect start to the day. The location is also a big plus - close to the beach, in a peaceful area, great for a family vacation and relaxation. The overall vibe is stress-free vacation, exactly what you would expect. Definitely a place to come back to 👍
