- • I booked this room mainly because of AC but it was barely working so it was still hot and uncomfortable to sleep...I notified the staff but they said it's working and couldn't do anything to make it more cool. Our room was on the street where there's train system and also construction so if you sleep with windows open you can hear trains going every 10 minutes until midnight and they start again the morning. WIFI was very bad and basically unusable.
Comfy stay
We were staying in Vienna during a heat wave, so AC was super useful. Room was big and comfy with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Location was relatively central - city center was accessible by walk and also by public transport. There was no noise and no other interruptions which other guests were describing.

- • We had some issues with check-in so we had to call to a provider and luckily issue got resolved. Shower was flooding a bit - needs proper clean.
Recommended for convenient short stays
A very quality stay, contactless checkin is very useful and easy-to-use. I would certainly recommend for a quick sleepover in Vienna as well as for short business stays.

We were satisfied with the accommodation, but we only used it for sleeping and showering.

- • The curtains were partially torn at the top, which could have made it darker. Only two sets of cutlery were not enough. Turning on the dishwasher just for that is senseless. Equipment for theoretically 4 people would be good.
