The location was great. The room was small but functional & clean.

- • Check-in was terrible. Booking did not give us the room number or code. It said to check in with the cafe next door. The cafe owner has nothing to do with Urban Inn. They had a phone number posted but did not answer. A 2nd number was for a maintenance man. He was reluctant to help at first but gave us the information. Our room was on the 2nd floor & the stairs were not easy.
It was in a good location. It was easy to use.

- • They could pick up the used towels. I understand it's not a real hotel, but it's not something unfeasible. Prices are Austrian style (very high)
Almost perfect but I still give it a 10
Spotlessly clean, close to the train station and grocery stores. Equipped with a cozy but full kitchen with sugar, salt, oil, coffee/tea. The lockbox is super easy to reach for the key. And can securely store luggage before check-in

- • Water kettle not working; could have an anti-slip mat in the shower so someone with balance problems can benefit from it. And stairs!!!!
