It was peaceful, homely and safe.
I had a lovely time. The host is great and has a cheery spirit, which is exactly what I needed and as much as that is the case, privacy was also given. I will definitely be visiting again. No words can be enough to express the time I had. I needed to recharge and I got exactly that.

- • I made the mistake of booking before reading the reviews. Upon arrival, I was made aware that the use of the bath isn’t possible (broken) and the water usage is restricted. A borehole needs to first bore several meters before water for usage can be used. How long? Borehole water as is, isn’t usable. Being confronted with such constrictions isn’t acceptable. I only want to make use of what’s advertised. Not more but certainly not less. After all, it’s what I pay for. ‘All guests are accepting‘, is what I am told. Why should I be to such an extent to accept stories and excuses? For all shortcomings others are at fault: guests, Booking, the farmer - absolutely everyone else. I suggested to take the ad offline until all issues are resolved. But out of desperation that’s neither an option. I am sorry for financial difficulties but I as a guest am not at fault. It may be nice to accept shortcomings but not to such an extent. I left after an hour. When asked whether I can get my payment back I‘m told that things don’t work like that. Well, I as a guest can say the same. As an explanation a loooong reply will follow (as with all other negative reviews) and I will be stipulated as mean. A little reflection would be appropriate. Steer clear, my advice to guests.
A home away from home.
It was so clean. You could eat off the floor. Loved the garden and enjoyed the birds and of course the quietness.
