The apartment is located about a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station (towards the airport / trade fair or towards Stuttgart HBF), making it extremely convenient for transportation. Bakery is across the street, supermarket about 300m away, and various restaurants in the area. The apartment is well equipped, even a washer/dryer is available. The landlords are exceptionally friendly, helpful, always available, and just great. I have been there for the 3rd time now and will definitely come back.
