The best accommodation during this trip to New Zealand in all aspects. Clean interior and exterior facilities, comfortable parking, private laundry facilities complete, various cooking facilities, amenities, and friendly hosts. In conclusion, I am satisfied in all aspects.

- • It was difficult to find because several accommodations were gathered together. (If there were pictures and descriptions of the road on the BOOKING.COM reservation screen)
Fantastic well-equipped central apartment
We often stay in short-term rented apartments in Christchurch, including others at Wells Street. As a 1-bed apartment, this one was by far the best we have stayed at in that price range. Excellent on all counts thanks

Central, warm, comfortable and clean. Had everything we could need, including milk. Plenty of space and things to read.

- • These two things are not of great importance, but the sofas were not very comfortable. But loved so much space. And a musty smell in the bathroom I suspect from the drain in the floor.
