Apartment with everything you need. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed... it's a sofa, period. Excellent and fast communication. No air conditioning.

Apartment in a newly renovated multi-family house. Numbered parking space right at the entrance to the building. Place located 20 minutes walk from the old town. A few dozen meters from the building (shortcut) there is a shopping gallery with a 'Kaufland' supermarket. Unfortunately, only a drip coffee maker is available for coffee brewing.
