The rooms were in a great location, very spacious and clean, with a nice little terrace with grass in the front overlooking Paros countryside. Host & staff were very polite and attentive. Close to many good spots of the island, easy to reach from the port. Also very reasonably priced.

Great but with some aspects to be fixed
POSITIVE ASPECTS Price: really great. Cleaning: the cleaning lady came every day and towels were changed every two days. Owners: very kind and helpful; they gave us useful advice and information about the stay. They live upstairs, so they are always available in case of need (for example, when the hairdryer broke, they provided a new one within a few hours). Location: the studios are on the ground floor, inside a property with a large and well-kept garden, enriched by trees and a pleasant view. In the garden, there are also two very affectionate and friendly stray cats, which we hope the owners will continue to take care of. It is possible to eat outdoors, enjoying a beautiful panorama and a truly pleasant sunrise. Temperature: there is air conditioning, but we did not need it because the environment was naturally comfortable.

- • NEGATIVE ASPECTS Location: to reach the accommodation, you have to face a very steep and narrow climb; in the evening, it is not ideal either on foot or by vehicle, as it is poorly lit and with poor visibility. Bus stop: although relatively close, you have to walk 5-8 minutes along a busy and dangerous road, so you always have to pay attention, especially in the evening. Drying rack: in poor condition. It should be replaced: it is rusty, unstable, and clothes often end up on the floor. A new, cheap but functional drying rack is essential for a beach holiday to hang clothes in the evening and find them dry in the morning. Kitchen: very small and poorly equipped. There are no adequate spaces to store groceries (we had to use a chair) and essential items like salt, oil, pepper, kitchen paper, or a coffee maker are missing. Bathroom: of adequate size, but with some inconveniences: the plastic shower curtain is uncomfortable, the shower does not have a holder for the showerhead, and the toilet drain sometimes works poorly.
Overall, I must rate this accommodation positively, as the owner was really kind and also advised us on transportation
