- • The bedrooms had a low standard of cleanliness. Found hair in stained sheets. Malodorous pillows. Very noisy air conditioning (50db) during the night. (It's hot in Hurghada). Malodorous kitchen.
The apartments are located on the 4th floor and have a terrace overlooking the sea. The room has everything necessary for living. A public beach is a 5-minute walk away (though the beach itself has very shallow water).

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Beautiful spacious apartment with large rooms and a magnificent rooftop terrace. Nicely located in an Egyptian neighborhood far from mass tourism.

- • In Egypt, they have a different rhythm than in Western Europe, at night there is a lot of noise on the street and from the neighbors with shouting children and parents. During the day it is very quiet, but from 10 pm to 3 am there is a lot of noise. The windows and balcony doors do not close properly, so sometimes it seems like the neighbors are shouting in your room. We came to dive and had to wake up at 6:45 am every day, so that was very annoying. We had the apartment on the 1st floor, I think the rooms higher up would be better.
The price is good for the stay but other than that, do not expect anything good.

- • Dirty pillows and bed. The fourth floor without an elevator is very exhausting in the summer. The building is located on a very popular street.

In old Hurghada, 3 minutes away from the beach, we had our own apartment and a smiling family trying their best to provide all kinds of support. We were satisfied. Thanks to the manager and his family.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and everything was in good order. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

- • We do not recommend this accommodation for people with mobility issues, as it is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

Pros: Mohammed the housing manager was an amazing down-to-earth man, was always there for us for everything. He made the stay pleasant and became like family. Thank you, Mohammed. View is not bad. Overall stay pleasant.

- • Cons: Unfortunately, terrible wifi connection barely works. No lifts, too many stairs to reach the top roof as our studio was on the top. Expect to be bitten by mosquitoes, way too much. Bathroom shower not as strong as it should be.
