Good
The studio was clean and comfortable, and Mohammed was a welcoming host. The air conditioning worked well (though a bit noisy), the bathroom had hot water. Overall, it had all the basic facilities I needed.

- • The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. The internet was extremely slow throughout my five-day stay and basically unusable. This became especially frustrating when I needed to complete an online check-in and couldn’t use the Wi-Fi. Another thing to note: the studio is on the fourth floor with no elevator — roughly 80 steps. It was fine for me, but it could be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

- • We booked the apartment for 12 days. They gave us a room on the roof. The air conditioning does not work well and is very loud. We complained. After two days, they gave us an apartment. The night was a horror for us, the noise of the air conditioners was unbearable, the sofa was broken, the bathroom is very old, the kitchen very simple and dirty. After three nights, we gave up on the money we paid and left the apartment. The apartment is the worst accommodation we have booked in Egypt.
The accommodation was in a completely unacceptable condition and did not correspond in any way to the photos shown on your platform. The pictures are clearly old and misleading.

- • Extreme dirtiness: The apartment was dirty upon arrival, dust and hair were everywhere — a professional cleaning had obviously not taken place.

The interview with the staff working for the comfort of the guests was very friendly and extremely cheerful. They are also flexible in helping with early check-in if possible. They respond and help in getting the internet working as quickly as possible.

Great value for money, we can only recommend
Large room with kitchen. We didn't cook, but having the kettle, plates, and cutlery was helpful. We had a room at the top, with a view, just as we wanted. The accommodation is on a side street, so relatively quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful, catering to individual needs. We recommend taking at least one trip to one of the islands. We went to Paradise Island. Besides the old beach area where the crowds flock, there is a truly beautiful new one about 500 meters away, we were thrilled. Our tip for a nice beach, not too expensive... Mama Mia

- • Actually, the only thing was that as a couple we didn't have a double bed, but we managed and slept together in one of the beds, they are quite large, it was fine
