Perfectly located spacious and quiet apartment in an interesting part of the city.

- • The weird bed/sofa in the kitchen area was a curious choice. We didn’t need it as a bed, and it’s too weird to use as a seat. This is a very small gripe though.

Good location and good beds
Perfect location to explore Bologna, steps away from everything, restaurants, bars, and more just outside. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable, all with their private bathroom which is magnificent (we took the 6-person apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms). The beds and pillows are great. Fairly quiet.

- • I didn’t like the common area of the apartment, living room-kitchen. An apartment for 6 people and it only has a very small sofa, without any other comfortable seating. The kitchen lacks equipment, it's super basic, if you plan to cook in it, it's complicated. And in terms of decoration, it lacks many details, it lacks care.

You get everything you need at this property. Equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Attention to small details is important. The beds were big and comfortable. In the apartment (nr8) we had a view towards two towers and a small garden, which is luxury in Bologna. Easy check-in and check-out.

- • The elevator was out of order all week and we had to carry the luggage up the stairs to the third floor. One of the three bedrooms has no shutters to completely darken the room. The equipment should be supplemented with a French Press.

Good location, comfortable apartment, no key only code. Washer and dryer in the basement with coins.
We rented the Garisenda apartment with my partner. There are two bathrooms, very comfortable. The entry at the main door and into the apartment worked with a code, I liked that there was no need to take care of keys. There was a washer and dryer in the basement, for these you need a 1 euro coin, the detergent is dispensed from the wall through pipes, I have never seen anything like it, very cool. According to the description, both are easy to use. However, you need to be prepared with a lot of change if you want to use them. There are outlets everywhere you need them. We received a detailed description in the closet about the neighborhood, with recommendations for sights, restaurants, map, all the info you might need. The apartment is in a very good location, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The view from the window is very nice, one of the windows overlooks one of the tall towers.

- • Unfortunately, the entry code did not work the first time at the door, but we were lucky because a kind neighbor, who knows the host, helped us and called Mirko. But Mirko immediately responded on WhatsApp and sent another one. So it was solved smoothly actually. Then it turned out that there was a little problem with the air conditioning, but the kind neighbor helped with that too. The air conditioning seemed to stop a few times during our stay, even though the panel indicated it was working, it was a bit warm in the bedroom one evening, but it wasn't too bad otherwise, overall it was a good time in the apartment. Despite these, I can only recommend the accommodation. It is on the third floor, which didn’t bother us, but it might bother someone. There is a small slow elevator if you need to bring up larger luggage, it's good for that.

Location was amazing, a little noisy until 1 am but this is what is nice about it. The apartment was very nice and clean. Washing machine is available downstairs but with extra cost not free. I liked the auto check-in and the codes to open the building and apartment. Looked secured.

- • The sewage smell comes a lot when water is moving in the building. This is the only thing that I did not like. It doesn't come all the time but you will smell it every couple of hours. AC filter needs cleaning when I first turned it on it looked like it wasn't opened for a very long time. But then it became ok.
