Good location and good beds
Perfect location to explore Bologna, steps away from everything, restaurants, bars and more just outside. The rooms are super spacious and very comfortable, all with their private bathroom which is great (we booked the 6-person apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms). The beds and pillows are great. Fairly quiet.

- • I didn't like the common area of the apartment, living room - kitchen. An apartment for 6 people and it only has a very small sofa, without any other comfortable seating. The kitchen lacks equipment, it's super basic, if you plan to cook in it, it's complicated. And in terms of decoration, it lacks many details, lacks care.

- • The elevator was out of order all week and we had to carry the luggage up to the third floor. One of the three bedrooms has no shutters to completely darken the room. The equipment should be complemented with a French Press.
Very comfortable.
You get everything you need at this property. Equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Attention to small details is important. The beds were big and comfortable. In the apartment (nr8) we had a view toward two towers and a small garden which is luxury in Bologna. Easy check-in and check-out.

- • That light entered the room with the sofa bed but everything else was great and the service was unbeatable.
Amazing location, clean apartment 😍
Location was amazing, a little noisy until 1 am but this is what is nice about it. The apartment was very nice and clean. Washing machine is available downstairs but with extra cost not free. I liked the auto check-in and the codes to open the building and apartment. Looked secured.

- • The sewage smell comes a lot when water is moving in the building. This is the only thing that I did not like. It doesn't come all the time but you will smell it every couple of hours. AC filter needs cleaning when I first turned it on it looked like it wasn't opened for a very long time. But then it became ok.

We rented the Garisenda apartment with my partner. There are two bathrooms, very comfortable. The entrance at the main door and into the apartment worked with a code, I liked that you don't have to take care of a key. There was a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, you need a 1 euro coin for these, the detergent is dispensed from the wall through pipes, I've never seen anything like it, very cool. According to the description, both are easy to use. However, you need to be prepared with a lot of change if you want to use them. There are outlets everywhere you need them. We received detailed information in the closet about the area, with recommendations for sights, restaurants, a map, all the info you might need. The apartment is in a very good location, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The view from the window is very nice, one of the windows overlooks one of the tall towers.

- • Unfortunately, the entry code didn't work the first time at the door, but we were lucky because a kind neighbor who knows the host was helpful and called Mirko. But Mirko immediately responded on WhatsApp and sent another one. So it was resolved smoothly actually. Then it turned out that there was a little problem with the air conditioning, but the kind neighbor helped with that too. The air conditioning during our stay was like it stopped a few times, even though the panel showed it was on, it was a bit warm in the bedroom one evening, but it wasn't too bad otherwise, overall it was a good time in the apartment. Despite these, I can only recommend the accommodation. It is on the third floor, it didn't bother us, but it might bother someone. There is a small slow elevator, which is good if you need to carry up larger luggage.

The perfect apartment for a family. Exceptionally clean and organized space. Parking was also available. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I received a perfect welcome from Mirko who was extremely available and answered all my questions during the stay, I came with my grandchildren. Beds were provided. The apartment is very secure in a very friendly and lively area. I absolutely recommend it for families or people looking for three or four large spacious bedrooms. Another big thank you.

- • The property had a smell of sewage that would come and go. We were told it happens with these old buildings and the only thing to do is open the windows. I guess it's unavoidable if this is the case, but it did wake me up at night when the smell got quite bad.
