Very good accommodation.
It was comfortable, well-equipped, well-located, nice and clean. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and hairdryer. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.

- • In our opinion, the ventilation in the bathroom and toilet runs for an unreasonably long time, sometimes starting at night, which was a bit disturbing at night (we did not experience this every night).

- • Unfortunately, the air conditioning performance was not great, it cooled the living room down to 26 degrees very slowly, and in the bedrooms, its effect was almost imperceptible. Therefore, I cannot recommend it in hot weather, but it is a great accommodation for the rest of the year.

- • Serious consumer deception (Size error): The accommodation was advertised and sold with a floor area of 68 sqm. We specifically chose this apartment for this reason. In reality, the size of the apartment barely reaches 43 sqm. This is intentional and serious consumer deception. There are two large, old leaks in the apartment. The entrance door is mechanically faulty, sticks, physically cannot be opened more than 45 degrees. The TV in the room does not work. Complete denial of complaint handling: I reported the problems to the operator, who rejected the error correction in an unacceptable, indifferent style over the phone, stating that they should not even pick up the phone at 7 pm, and then hung up on me. When we arrived, our parking space was already taken, no recommendations were given, no action was taken, just said: everyone should park wherever they want. We pointed out that what should we do now? The answer: park wherever you want.
