- • A bit of a cleanliness issue, also worth mentioning that they are building a building in front and working morning and evening so noise and dust. No wifi.

- • There was no TV, despite it being mentioned in the reservation, refrigerator outside the room and we had to make it work ourselves, no hairdryer, little hospitality when asking for food or help. No breakfast service if one goes on an early tour.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the river. Very helpful staff in helping you organize activities. Shop to buy water right below the house.

The highlight has been the views from the rooftop. The location is not bad but not excellent either as it is not on the front line.

- • Very simple rooms and the air conditioning makes a lot of noise and drips. The host could be nicer.
Great experience in Luxor.
The accommodation was clean, the room well organized. The rooftop is simply sensational. Mohamed does his best to improve my stay, organized private tours at a good price, he and Yousef were always there to help.

- • There were a lot of insects (ants and cockroaches) everywhere, the room wasn’t clean at all. The TV was not working and no wifi.
Very good location
Very well located hotel (close to the ferry) with a very nice view from the rooftop terrace and the room with balcony. Mohamed was very welcoming and helpful and especially very accommodating with us regarding our departure. Thank you for the welcome and maybe see you soon

Clean room, private bathroom, and air conditioning. Very good typical Egyptian breakfast (excellent falafel) served on the outdoor terrace on the rooftop overlooking the Nile. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working during our stay, we do not know if it was due to external works to the structure or something else. The property also offers services, but we did not use them. Convenient location for the Ferry Boat to go to the other side where there is more life and bars
