- • The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't seem to cool. The night was terrible. In the morning at check out, there was a guy who didn't know what to do with pain in one leg, so he couldn't help with the luggage. It was early so no breakfast even though paid. No take away. Basically absurd and remained sitting doing nothing.
I really liked the proximity to everything and the opportunity to admire the fantastic view from the terrace overlooking the Nile. The food and breakfast are very good and you can taste Egyptian food. The staff was very hospitable and available for everything with tours and assistance

Top, I recommend for a short stay in Luxor, steps away from the best restaurant in town.
Very good breakfast, ideal location and staff, available and responsive. We got the room early and the manager was very accommodating and welcoming.

- • There was no wifi due to construction works which was a bit annoying as it was not specified but I think this problem must have been resolved.

- • What I didn't like was that, upon arriving at the hotel, instead of welcoming me and explaining the facilities or basic hotel instructions, the receptionist's first action was to try to sell me a very expensive tour for €75. What surprised me the most was that this price only included transportation, without a guide or entrance fees. Finally, I arranged the same tour with a local taxi driver for €15, so the price difference seemed excessive to me and left me with a bad first impression.

- • About the responsible employee. Very invasive and tried to scam us. Activities with double the price of the ones we did

- • A bit lacking in cleanliness, it should also be mentioned that they are building a building in front and they work morning and evening so there is noise and dust. No wifi.

- • There was no TV, despite stating it in the reservation, refrigerator outside the room and we had to make it work ourselves, no hairdryer, little hospitality when asking for food or help. No breakfast service if one goes on an early tour.
