- • Very overpriced. Very dated. Lacking information- information booklet out of date. Internet extremely slow. Heating confusing and no instructions- no reply to query about it. Security issues - building front door was open on arrival. Communal area is very dirty. Several light bulbs not working. Odd fixtures (like USB light with no USB socket available). On busy main road so take earplugs if you go as the bedroom faces the road.
The property itself was fine, but we had difficulty with the lock box and the lock on the door.
The facilities within the property were good and comfortable. The temperature was fine and the facilities were clean.

- • I think that they need to replace the towels, although effective, they looked very tired. We did think that the description of the location could have been clearer and think that the locking mechanism on the door could be better.
