New, nice, and clean room with air conditioning, which was a blessing during the heat. Nearby there is a highway, gas station, and shopping mall. There is a spacious parking available on-site. A big advantage is the convenient check-in using a key box. Despite the lack of a balcony in our specific room, there are comfortable places with tables in front of the building where you can sit and relax. Fast and smooth contact with the smiling owner of the property.

The apartment is very new and very clean. The owner is very attentive if you need anything and also speaks Spanish, so communication was easy. I recommend it.
