The place is close to everything, the accommodation is very clean and well-maintained, and the responsible brother is extremely wonderful. I think his name is Fida. I recommend staying with him. Certainly we would come back here with pleasure.
We were 5 minutes walk to the Medina, shared taxis to Martil always 5 minutes away, and bakeries or convenience stores nearby. Our host Fida has always been available for all our questions, so a 10 out of 10, and speaks French very well. The apartment suited us perfectly and was impeccable and especially bright, the washing machine was a plus.
