- • Apartment consistent with the description, very clean, fragrant, everything you need to prepare meals. Coffee and tea brewing sets. The owner is very friendly, helpful. There was no problem with early check-in, tips from the owner and Mr. Ivo on what to see and where to eat were invaluable. I recommend 1000000%
Simply wonderful
Wonderful experience: very kind and helpful owners, also providing us with valuable and useful information to fully experience the city; spacious apartment equipped with everything necessary for a long stay, in the heart of the historic center, close to the port, services, market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, museums, public services, historical and cultural attractions of the city, to savor and experience Genoa in all its aspects.

Nice and caring owners who are in constant contact. The owner showed us on the map the points worth visiting
Very comfortable apartment with extremely comfortable beds! The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee, basic spices, water, and even local sweets were waiting for us in the cabinets, which was a very nice touch. Great location close to Porto Antico, 12 minutes walk to the train station where you can find connections to Turin, Portofino, etc. Very nice owners, highly recommend :)

The kitchen is fully equipped - coffee, basic spices, water, and even local sweets were waiting for us in the cabinets, which was a very nice touch. - • The only small drawback is the weaker natural light (windows facing an inner courtyard), but with all-day sightseeing and returning in the evening, it doesn't bother at all. ;) Quite a few immigrants in the area sitting day and night on the street.
Close to port, comfortable, clean & parking nearby
Good location and easy walking around town. There’s a public car park nearby €25/day. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from hot days. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the owner was very friendly and helpful; greeting us for check in /check out and providing a map to help us navigate sights.

Clean and very central
Everything was newly renovated and very clean. Ivo welcomed us very nicely and shared some city tips with us, as well as provided a discount for the parking garage. The kitchen was very well equipped for us for a few days

- • A bit noisy when the upstairs neighbors were out late. However, the windows are very well sealed.
