Excellent !
We loved our stay at this property. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped. The building staff was very pleasant. The rooftop with the pools and the room are a real plus. We highly recommend it. Perfect location.

- • nothing really, everything was great! would have been nice if we had a towel to dry dishes and a dishcloth but that's all really.

- • in 9 days no one came for room cleaning. we had requested a replacement for a dirty sheet, but we were never given a clean one

Very cozy apartment with all amenities and great rooftop pool areas. Good location, although the beach was not in the immediate vicinity. Large supermarket nearby and a 24-hour store right next door.

- • Having breakfast/restaurant options would have been a plus. I also found it very strange that some employees refused to speak Spanish with me and insisted on speaking English for some reason. I initially thought they didn't know the language until I overheard them speaking Spanish among themselves. It would be polite to respond to the customer in the same language they started the conversation with. We also received incorrect instructions regarding check-out from one of the front desk employees.
