Very good value....
We stayed while looking after a relative nearby. It was comfortable and quiet despite the proximity to the road. Everything we needed was available. Well thought out.

- • Not unique to this property but the ability to control the heating/temperature oneself is not possible. Absolutely able to interact with the owner to sort the timer but either too cold or too warm.
Totally recommended for a family with children.
We have spent some magnificent days. The accommodation is ideal for a family with 2 children. In our case, 7 and 9 years old. Both the bed and the sofa bed, very comfortable. Just outside the garden, you found the bus stop connecting with Belfast every few minutes. A tip for traveling with the whole family and being able to take all the buses you want in the same day is to get a Family Day Ticket. For 10 pounds, you have the right to take all the buses you want all day. A few minutes' walk from the accommodation, there are several takeaway food places. In short, highly recommended.

- • For our taste, the heating was very strong, and you had to wear short sleeves not to sweat. It was programmed for 3 hours. At dawn, when it turned off automatically, the temperature dropped, and it was necessary to set the timer again. It would be nice to set the temperature a bit softer but not have to get up to set the timer during the night. But well, that's just to find fault because the rest has been perfect.

- • The only minor issue was the shower temperature, which was a bit difficult to adjust—it changed very quickly from too cold to too hot.
Great stay, very comfortable with the best sleep. Fantastic communication with hosts. Highly recommend.
Love the location and connection to public transport links. Contact for keys and general information is exceptional and comprehensive of information you might possibly need. This is not our first stay, and we like it for the quality of sleep we always have. There are some handy shops and food outlets within a short walking distance.
