- • The shower requires fixing. There's almost no noise insulation. The street was fairly quiet at night; however, for those who don't want any noise, this could be a problem.
For the money paid, it's quite good. Small room. Just 2 steps from the center. You can find parking on the nearby streets.

- • The bathroom could be slightly improved. The location is quite noisy (traffic on the street, fixed window towards the street, a restaurant above that starts activity around 8).
