- • Being on the ground floor, with windows facing the street, you cannot open the windows without completely giving up privacy and security. For those interested, the advanced functions of the shower do not work.

- • The shower needs fixing. There is almost no sound insulation. The street was fairly quiet at night; however, for those who do not want any noise, this could be a problem.
