Our stay at Spitia Tzitzi was absolutely perfect. We travel a lot, but this was by far our best experience. The accommodation is well thought out to the smallest detail and comes with a beautiful story about the history of the family home. As a bonus, you get the most amazing views of the island, while the location is very peaceful. Many thanks to Themis, who took great care of us. The breakfast he served on the terrace was great and he gave us lots of advice. The friendly and caring lady owner came to introduce herself and make sure we lacked nothing. Just perfection. We will definitely come back for more days next year. Thanks again :-)

Stylish cave apartment with spectacular Caldera views

Comfortable accommodation in a historic cave. Whirlpool and terrace with views of the Caldera. Quiet location in the most beautiful area of Imerovigli away from the paths along the crater rim. Nice breakfast. Super helpful concierge Themis. Parking nearby.

The location, the view, the facility, and the hosts - all are great! Despite the central location and having restaurants and shops a few steps away, the property is very calm and private.

Highly recommend for families. Exceptional view over the Caldera.

Incredible stay

I just want to say that this hotel is amazing, but what makes it amazing is Themis. He is truly exceptional and the best host of our 5-week Europe trip. I have never felt so taken care of, and his recommendations are so good. The place has incredible views, services, and is surrounded by the best view in Santorini. 15-20 min walk from Fira. Thanks for an incredible stay, Themis is truly a genuine person and I will miss the great conversations we had.

Will miss this place

This hotel stay was amazing, the location offers beautiful (sunset!) views and is about a 20-minute walk to/from Fira area. Themis was very friendly and super helpful, really appreciate all the recommendations and breakfasts too. The room was very comfortable too.

Incredible views, great location, and hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the homemade touches to the breakfast, too! Highly recommend watching the sunrise from the terrace. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was perfect! The location is very good with an amazing view of the caldera, close to the main road that has supermarkets and very quiet during the period we traveled. It drags you into a tranquility. The hosts, Mrs. Maria and Themis, are very good. Extremely helpful with very direct communication and very interested daily in whether we are enjoying our stay. Everything very clean, the room fully equipped with everything, even blankets to sit outside at night, beach towels. The jacuzzi wonderful at all hours of the day, of course the highlight at sunset. Away from main alleys so it had enough privacy (only the guests in the next room passed by in front), with hot water, nice lighting at night, and so picturesque the whole terrace space with bougainvillea, and the view of the caldera that was insatiable. The breakfast was very good (served in the room every day - we discussed with Themis the day before what choices we wanted), with most homemade products (bread, juices, jams).

A hidden gem - what a fantastic break we have had; we will be sad to leave.

Wonderful views from both the terrace and private balcony. Spectacular sunsets. Convenient location. Themis was a most helpful host giving us many local tips and providing a range of delicious Greek breakfast options.

Be careful, the apartment, the terrace, and the jacuzzi are so beautiful that you will want to stay there...

Optimal location for both splendid sunsets and reaching the nightlife of Fira. Perfect structure, clean, equipped with every comfort (even better than the photos!), with enormous attention to every minimal request. Both Themis and Maria are splendid, they pampered us with superb breakfasts and any necessary information. Beautiful excursion with the Catamaran organized by them. Perfect daily cleaning. Wonderful jacuzzi. Special praise for the very comfortable mattress.
