Great place to stay
Very pleasant and professional host; this lady knows her job. Very friendly, charming, and solution-oriented. After check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage: great! The spacious apartment is well furnished; kitchen well equipped; excellent beds. Wifi and TV excellent. Bathroom with shower in the bath, a bit tricky for my 2.00 meters, but good water pressure. Soap, shampoo, etc., well taken care of.

- • Birmingham is a big city with visible big city problems. Many homeless and psychiatric patients wandering the streets. Busy traffic. Little grandeur. It somewhat affects the feeling of safety, without wanting to exaggerate.

Jewel in the crown
Great location in a lovely building. 20-25min walk into town or the bus stops right outside. Large Tesco just around the corner. The apartment was fully equipped for our week in the city and as we stayed for more than 7 days, they came to replace the linen etc during our stay which we appreciated.

- • As many have said, the check-in process and list of rules is a bit much but I can understand if they have had issues previously. Additionally, the floors need a bit of a scrub but otherwise, no complaints. We would happily stay again!

Beautiful building with spacious facility with all you could need with a very welcoming host. Very safe area and complex too.
