- • The apartment is overpriced, needs a thorough cleaning from one end to the other (in the kitchen everything is dirty, espresso machine, dishes, countertop... everything), for the parking spot you need a bit of luck to get one and no payment is required, after booking the owner requests a photo of the identity card and 100 forints per person cleaning fee if I understood correctly, which is not justified. The price for accommodation is way above what it offers. I don't understand why you run such a business if you don't take care of the tourists properly; they pay for a service and expect quality in return. CLEANLINESS IS THE MAIN ASSET OF THE BUSINESS. PS old building without an elevator, 2nd floor

Everything was great, went smoothly. Although the bigger bed was a bit creaky. :)

A pleasant stay!
The flat is located within walking distance to the aqua park and there was a parking spot visible from the balcony, which was important for us. The facilities are OK, but the toilet water needs fixing. I would also suggest adding some cutting boards in the kitchen and tissues or another kitchen towel, as there weren't enough items to cut fruit and vegetables. The apartment is spacious with a nice balcony and the area is absolutely quiet.
