We had a really pleasant stay at this residence. My husband and I actually keep coming back—this was already our third stay, and we truly consider it our second home. We usually stay for more than 30 days each visit, and we’ll definitely continue coming back. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything you need, which makes getting around super easy. There’s a laundry shop just nearby, which is really handy, and a 24-hour convenience store right in front of the hotel with an ATM, so getting cash anytime is no hassle at all. The staff are genuinely lovely—always welcoming and helpful—which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The price is very reasonable for what you get, offering great value without compromising on quality. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate during our long stays.

- • One small thing to note is that there are churches beside the residence, so you might get an early wake-up call on Saturday or Sunday mornings. But if you enjoy hearing church hymns and music (like we do), it can actually be a lovely bonus. We also got to experience the early morning karaoke from the surrounding houses—definitely something that wakes you up with great energy and adds a bit of local charm to the stay! Also, there are no lifts available at the property, but it wasn’t an issue at all as the staff were more than happy to assist with our luggage and handled everything with care.
