- • There was confusion with the access codes to the building, but responsive neighbors immediately helped before we contacted the tenant!

- • It was a little confusing where the actual entry to the property was - a little more directions - e.g., corner of the building, entrance 2, etc., would be good. I only received entry codes via message to doors after calling the info line. It would be good to get them via email in advance since the confirmation email stated they would be sent via email. Not a big deal, but we met 2 more guests (separate bookings) waiting at the bottom door with the exact same issue. Something to think about.
