Nice little hotel in the center of Plzen. Huge nice apartment. Worse cleanliness, missing functional air conditioning.
The location was fantastic. City center, everything close even without a car. Nice layout of the huge apartment, very good quality mattresses, equipment quite nice. Tasty breakfast in a pleasant environment. Few people, quiet hotel, intimate with a nice atmosphere. Also appreciate the sauna in the apartment. Bed linen clean as well as towels.

- • Unfortunately, we arrived when temperatures were around 35-38 degrees. Since we stayed in the attic, we expected air conditioning to be standard there. The air conditioning was portable and inefficient with a disconnected hose at the back, losing its effect as it kept blowing warm air back into the apartment. It was unbearable to sleep in the attic, it was extremely hot, there was only a fan. The apartment was not cleaned. In the bathroom, toothpaste and other items were visibly left around the sink and shelves... Even the floors were not mopped or vacuumed after the previous guests. It's a shame because the hotel is beautiful.
The accommodation was great, the staff regarding the restaurant and of course the breakfast service was very pleasant, professional, and very helpful.

- • Unfortunately, it was too hot in the room. Air conditioning was missing.
Overall, the stay was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel, especially during the summer.

- • 1. The room had a strong, unpleasant fragrance. There was no air conditioning, only a very noisy fan. The room was extremely hot and stuffy, and it was so uncomfortable that we could hardly sleep. 2. The shower leaked, and water spread all over the bathroom floor after every shower. 3. The bed sheets and duvet cover were not clean. There were even obvious stains on them. 4. Some of the reception staff were unfriendly and not very welcoming.

- • Unwilling staff member. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a noisy fan. The whirlpool was dirty.

- • Check-in only electronically, even though you are at the reception. We spent about 15 minutes on that. Moreover, there is no parking at the hotel or nearby. Then we paid a deposit for a parking card, a deposit just in case, parking, and then we parked in a parking house 0.5 km away. The parking house itself does not need the parking card, and payment at the house would have been cheaper. The third bed was not ready. They charged us 100 CZK even though we did not use anything anywhere.
The accommodation is in a great location right in the city center. The room had a view of the square.

- • Unfortunately, the attic room is not suitable for a summer stay. It was thirty degrees even at night in the attic. The air conditioning seemed to be older, the pipe for removing hot air was falling out of the device, and after a while, the air conditioning stood in a puddle of water. The room was so dark that it needed to be lit all day. The kitchen is unequipped. For the whole apartment, we had one cutlery knife, one spoon, and three glasses available. We were accommodated with three small children and unfortunately had nowhere to leave the stroller. The lady in the restaurant left it at an unoccupied table for us. For us, the accommodation was rather disappointing.
