If I had known that photos differ so much from reality, I would rather pay extra.
The apartments are located in a reconstructed villa of a former guesthouse. Nearby are several hiking trails within walking distance. The bus stop to Pilsen can be used with good planning - it does not run very often. Zábělá was previously a popular place for building representative summer residences for the elite of Pilsen, and several of them have been preserved in the area. Parking at the apartment is trouble-free. There is a shelter with a table and benches - however, no one really takes care of it, the table is dirty, and three ashtrays are full, so it smells. There were flowers ready in pots for planting. There is a grill, but I cannot imagine sitting and grilling in that dirt. One cushion is missing. Nevertheless, I think there is great potential here with a little care.

- • The room looks much better in the photos than in reality. I don't need any super equipment. I mainly want it to be clean. Unfortunately, in the room, it looked as if no cleaning had taken place at all. The shower was wet, and the trash can too - as if someone was just trying to give the impression of cleaning. I had to wipe all surfaces, everything was dusty, window sills heavily covered in pollen. I understand it's pollen season, but this layer doesn't appear in a few hours after the alleged cleaning. Many things, especially the floor, are quite worn out - broken pieces of tiles, stains that cannot be removed - maybe it could be done with a solvent. It makes a very bad first impression, and one has to imagine that it is cleaned and then convince oneself to believe it. In the kitchen, there is a counted amount of dishes for three people (3 plates, 3 spoons, 3 mugs, etc.), it's embarrassing. Moreover, if I want to cook, I also need some auxiliary plate for cooking, then I have to wash it so the third person can eat, it's ridiculous. The minibar provided by the accommodation is a few drinks in the fridge - which is actually nice, but there are no prices, so it smells like a scam - I buy wine at Albert for 35,- (a small 0.25 bottle), sell it not for 50,- (as a courtesy for guests) but for 100,- (I need to make some profit too. As I wrote, I don't know what the reality is, we didn't use the minibar for the reasons described above, and the absence of a price list just evokes these thoughts in me. With the kitchen equipment, you can hardly cook even spaghetti. There is only a saucepan and a 2l pot, so I had to first cook the sauce, then transfer it to my own dishes that I had with me, wash the pot, and then cook the pasta. I think you can easily cook only breakfast, some eggs on a pan. The mattresses were okay, all the sheets were stained - again, you have to imagine that they are washed and someone replaced them after the previous guest. The blanket was as thin as a towel, but the heating worked fine, so it wasn't cold even under such a thin cover.
If more attention was paid to cleaning and hygiene, everything would be fine. Clearly improve the cleaning.

- • Cleanliness, mold in the bathroom, sheets with a hole, washed and discolored towels, unemptied trash can, someone else's underwear, hair and dust in the closet, various items in the corridors of the guesthouse left by other guests, food, dirty dishes.

- • Our room was not cleaned, I passed it on, unfortunately, I have not received a response until today. It was very noisy, and the doors were slammed/clapped from 5 a.m., there was a constant loud buzzing noise. The room could not be darkened, not a good accommodation for migraine patients. It's a pity because it's actually a very nice house, but not a place to relax.
