- • -It's not clean, our sheets weren't even changed from the day before and there are stains on all fabrics (please, we pay for it to be clean at least) -the bathtub is broken -food comes up from the sink (nice when you want to brush your teeth) -the person is barely friendly -the place is far from the center of Tulum and clearly you go through very poor paths and roads to get there. -we receive a message for the codes, wifi, etc., everything is buggy and the wifi doesn't even work. In short, we were supposed to stay 2 nights, we only stayed one because we were so disgusted with the hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL and yet I'm not used to leaving reviews like this...

- • The structure seems abandoned to itself, both inside and outside, starting from the entrance: if you arrive in the dark, you may have difficulty finding it, because it is completely overrun by vegetation and indicated by a small broken sign. The inner garden is magnificent, but the accessories, deck chairs, and cushions are worn out and dirty. Inside, the apartment is spacious with a large bathroom and a very functional kitchenette, but the kitchen cabinet drawers are broken and unusable. The cement floors are peeling in various areas, making it difficult to clean. The soundproofing of the apartment is non-existent, both between the rooms of the other apartments and towards the outside, especially at night, you constantly hear the noise of an engine, I don't know if it's a generator or an inverter for the air conditioning... really annoying. In the morning, the water supply is often interrupted, which can cause various inconveniences. In my opinion, this structure deserves a deep renovation because it is in a truly enchanting setting

La ubicación está cerca del centro de Tulum pero en un lugar tranquilo, lo cual es una ventaja. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo económico y no eres exigente en cuanto a servicios adicionales, este lugar es para ti.
