- • The fridge is loud when the thermostat started.. I turned it down to 0 to stop the noise. Bed is two singles joined together, so not super comfortable. Bedside lamp did not work.

Extremely unsuitable for older people!! Checking in with mobile phones and apps and the like is not possible. Self check-in should be immediately visible on booking.com and not only in the fine print. Otherwise, the person concerned should ALWAYS be reachable by phone or physically present on site if there are problems with check-in. Then I had to pay an additional 30 €. For what please? All in all, an extremely poor service! You have lost me as a customer.

- • The bed was too loud, not for lovers. Parking in front of the house is great, but the parking instructions are useless. Questions regarding this were not answered!
