Lovely.
Excellent location, exceptionally clean, excellent facilities in the apartment, easy to find, wonderful host. Bed was more comfortable than it looks…it is a sofa bed.

We had a great time staying at the Cocoa Suites and if we were to return to York we would stay there again
The property was of a good size for a short break and is perfectly located right in the centre of town. The apartment was clean and the check-in and access instructions very clear and easy. It had all the amenities it needed if you decide to self-cater.

- • Nothing much bad to say. The weather was scorching hot and as the building isn’t air-conditioned the room was stifling hot with only a small fan which really only blew warm air about. The power switch for the fridge/freezer is right next to and identical to a light switch so we thought we had turned out the lights but inadvertently powered off the fridge so when we returned later in the day the lollies we were so looking forward to had melted and the fridge contents warm. Maybe an idea to put a small label on that switch?
