Great starting point for city exploration
A beautiful spacious room with a great view and everything for 1 to 3 nights in Brno. Perfect location for trips with short stops in the room. The small balcony completes the enjoyment.

- • If there had been a small (bistro) table with 2 chairs in the room, it would have been a 10. It was a pity about the slight canal smell on the 4th floor, which was confusing given the super clean and nicely furnished room.
Great location, right in the center. The Old Town is practically outside the window. Large sunny room, comfortable bed, kettle, and capsule coffee machine.

- • The TV didn't work. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator. Going up and down several times a day requires stamina. Especially when carrying luggage.

- • A very tiny room without a window (but I was warned about that in advance), so the price rather corresponds to the location and cleanliness than the comfort. :)

- • No air conditioning, so the room (with no windows) got warm and humid right after one shower.

- • When you climb to the 4th floor without an elevator to the apartment and the host doesn't send you the key to the key box, and then doesn't answer the phone for half an hour, or reply to messages, that's very bad in my opinion! They replied to me only through messages on Booking.com, which luckily I remembered to check. I don't understand why they provide a contact number if no one answers the phone for such a long time!! And do you really want to do this after climbing 4 floors with luggage!! I emphasize that these are not ordinary floors you have in regular buildings. No satisfaction. Nothing. From what I read in the reviews on Google, I can be glad I got inside. The place was nice, nice view. But you can hear everything there. Totally. So I heard a girl vomiting from the adjacent room when someone plugged in the charger, just everything. Furthermore, other Germans arrived there, who camped in the hallway and made themselves at home after 10:00 PM and were loud, the same in the morning when they used the hallway as a common room and shouted from room to room. Is this really what you want on vacation? No one addressed it until I wrote about it. I realize that the host is not responsible for this, but the host should monitor this to avoid bothering other guests, especially when there is a camera system in place. Furthermore, it was very cold in the apartment and again I had to write to the hosts because the heating cannot be turned on manually. I certainly do not expect this kind of approach and standard for 2,000 CZK per night.
