We return here regularly. Complete satisfaction. Close to the swimming pool and city center. Close to grocery stores. Parking in the apartment building or parking garage. Maximum flexibility of the owners.

- • The lock on the door was jammed, missing blinds in the kitchen and bathroom, the morning sun was very unpleasant.
Everything was great. City view, cleanliness, amenities (hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, dish soap, etc.).

- • Although the host seemed kind and helpful at first, unfortunately, we ended up with an unpleasant experience. We couldn't park our car directly at the house, so about 10 minutes after the agreed time, we were able to bring our luggage down from the apartment, and the owner, who arrived in the meantime, raised his voice indignantly and practically threw us out because our luggage was still there. Of course, we apologized several times, but it seemed like he didn't even hear us. No host has ever spoken to us like this. We will avoid this accommodation in the future. In response: we did arrive a day earlier, which we paid for, just like every night. Although we haven't received a receipt for this yet. If you think that renting out accommodation depends on goodwill, you don't understand the essence of hospitality. This is a service we paid for. Fortunately, there are plenty of hosts in Eger who understand their guests and don't treat them as if they were doing them a favor. Of course, we will avoid your apartment. Your style is deeply offensive!
We were very satisfied with everything, the host was very kind and provided comprehensive information. The accommodation was extremely homely and comfortable. It had a real life to it, not just an apartment serving a function. It provided a pleasant atmosphere for us. It was carefully furnished, we could have comfortably spent a longer time there.
