- • The lock on the door was broken, missing blinds in the kitchen and bathroom, the morning sun was very unpleasant.

- • Although the host initially seemed kind and helpful, unfortunately, we ended up with an unpleasant experience. We couldn't park our car directly at the house, so about 10 minutes after the agreed time, we were able to bring our luggage down from the apartment. The owner, who arrived in the meantime, raised his voice indignantly that our luggage was still there and practically threw us out. Of course, we apologized several times, but it seemed like he didn't even hear us. We will avoid this accommodation in the future. In response: indeed, we arrived a day earlier, which we paid for, just like every night. Although we haven't received a receipt for this yet. If you think that renting out accommodation depends on goodwill, you don't understand the essence of hospitality. This is a service we paid for. Fortunately, there are plenty of hosts in Eger who understand their guests and don't treat them as if they were doing a favor. Of course, we will avoid your apartment. Your style is deeply upsetting!
We were very satisfied with everything, the host was very kind and provided comprehensive information. The accommodation was extremely homely and comfortable. It had a real life to it, not just an apartment serving a function. It provided a pleasant atmosphere for us. It was carefully furnished, we could have comfortably stayed for a longer time.

Superb location, close to the thermal baths, market, castle... Nice little apartment. Friendly staff. We were with a child and there were even toys.
